Senior: My time at the University of Alabama from 2020 to 2024 was an absolute whirlwind in the best possible way. If you're considering FSU, I can't recommend it enough – it's a place where you'll thrive and create lifelong memories. As a junior, I can confidently say that FSU has exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to see what my senior year holds. The friendships I've formed and the memories I've created here are invaluable. But what truly sets FSU apart is the sense of community. The opportunities for personal and professional growth are endless, and the diverse range of courses keeps me engaged and excited about learning. The professors and staff are truly exceptional, always willing to support and guide us on our academic journey. The campus is not only stunning but also feels like a second home. I've had the privilege of spending three incredible years at this institution, and my love for FSU only grows stronger. The success of fundraising events depends on two things - hard work and getting the word out. And we promote those on social media, through Facebook and Twitter, by word of mouth, and through flyers at work and around the neighborhood. Bake-sales, car washes, and countless other types of events. But we also schedule fundraisers in lead-up to the big event. And we solicit donations from family, friends, and other supporters. Of course we walk in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event. How We Support the American Cancer Society Consider donating to our team and helping advance the cause. In short, our money is helping save lives. It’s providing rides to treatment and places to stay for people who have to seek treatment far from home. It's providing free information for people dealing with the disease. There are so many ways that the money our team raises helps. We all have different reasons for participating but we share a determination to help save lives from breast cancer. And walking and raising money in our local American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event is the best way we can do that. We've formed a team because this cause is important to us.
